Consultant CHANGE MANAGEMENT, ROLL-OUT > Review, validate and monitor Procurement Implementation Plan

PROJECT CONTEXT

• We are supporting a Large institutional Organization in the delivery of a project on Procurement Process, which is the phase of redesign and re-engineering since few months
• Engagement had a start date in the month of November 2021, and is no in the middle of the implementation process
• Scope of the consultancy is to deliver an end-to-end Procurement system that will facilitate to achieve end-to-end visibility for all procurement processes financed by the Company. The new system will allow an effective tracking and recording of all key stages of each procurement activity, from the planning stages to the contract management step
• Project current status > New Procurement Cycle Blueprint defined > most ensuring and validation phases also well organized > IT Dept developed multiple functional points/activities requested by the business lines, and now the activities will be concentrated on: A) organizing a proficient ROLL-OUT plan over the countries, and the different World Regions, B) developing a comfortable CHANGE MANAGEMENT PLAN to highlight, distribute, and facilitate the new IT systems developed, due to the strong differences in the World Regions

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOT THE POSITION

• Being an Independent Freelance Professional 
• Experience in Change Management-Roll out plans, either in private sector
• Excellent skills in interpersonal and Team Communication
