PROJECT CONTEXT

We are supporting a Top Tier Management Consulting Firm to implement a project regarding a Corporate Development Growth plan in a Large organization in KSA (Saudi Arabia)
Specifically, the support will be given to a leading Telco Company in Saudi Arabia on inorganic growth opportunities, assisting through the whole investment process from concept paper to potential target scouting, investment thesis, business case and term sheet negotiation
The research is for a Consultant with solid skills in financial modelling analysis, ideally with Telco experience, who has already experience in Management Consulting, already participated in Large Transformation projects
The Consultants identified needs to jump quickly in the project, and will be interviewed over next days by the Manager/Partner of the Consulting Firm, for a quick start

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOT THE POSITION

Past experience in Top Strategy Firm (McK, Bain, BCG, Roland Berger, ATK)
Experience in Financial Analysis and ability to participate in a Consulting Firm role
Better if Telco Experience, not mandatory anyway
English written and oral mandatory, no Arabic need
Flexibility in working under tight timelines
No boundaries on age and nationalities, as long as he can get the work done with quality

Location > 50& Country of Residence, 50% on ground KSA
